Hotel Fanes has included in its well-being proposals for the 2019 summer/autumn season too a program aimed at attaining psychological well-being, because there is a growing need to dedicate yourself to activity and make choices which work in favour of your well-being. What’s often missing, however, is time – a moment to find the mental and physical space necessary to restore psychological and physical balance. A holiday is certainly a good time to devote to relaxing and recovering the energy used up during the working year. When a person ‘stops’, they do so because they feel the need to rest, treat themselves, let themselves go and rediscover their psychological and physical energy. So why not take advantage of this opportunity to go one step further? The Hotel Fanes gives you the chance to do so by means of a series of courses and seminars aimed at promoting psychological wellbeing. A few ideas …
Self-Generation Training and Mindfulness experience, Energy Essence seminar are all scheduled, in short week, from 19 to 22 september and/or from 17 to 20 october 2019 or from 4 to 11 august 2019 for a whole week dedicated to the wellbeing of body, soul and mind.

ENERGY ESSENCE SEMINAR
This seminar aims to help you acquire theoretical and practical notions in order not to waste energy but to create it, so that you can handle all of the private and professional engagements of everyday life.
Everybody has their own way of meeting the stresses and strains of daily life, and generally uses one response or another to them depending on the level of energy possessed. So reactions vary and are effective or otherwise in accordance with how much the emotions and psychology are involved. In those who are more vulnerable or at least more exposed to negative situations and stress, the psychological and physical balance may be adversely affected and as a consequence it becomes difficult to generate the energy needed to meet day-by-day challenges effectively. Many situations can lead to a loss of energy and have negative consequences at various levels: a loss of concentration, unrealistic objectives, an inability to handle unexpected events or situations, poor problem-solving skills and difficult personal or professional situations. To prevent this, and/or intervene without reaching your limits, it’s important to develop a knowledge of those phenomena which can put the balanced functioning of an individual’s physical, emotional, mental and spiritual faculties at risk. The course helps participants to understand the mechanisms which underlie these phenomena, and thereby strengthens their ability to meet daily life with greater resilience.

SELF-GENERATION TRAINING COURSES
Self-generation Training (SGT) is a self-relaxing technique which allows you to recover psychological, physical and mental well-being very quickly. Relaxation is possible through the use of simple exercises involving both mind and body. This technique helps improve health, selfcontrol and the ability to recover from, handle and at times eliminate psychosomatic disorders. Once learnt the exercises can be done alone in line with your specific needs. SGT is recommended for everyone who wants to improve their skills in the fields of education, sport or work, or quite simply wishes to feel better and reduce stress. It is also highly effective in recovering energy, staying calm, reducing anxiety and resolving such problems as insomnia, colitis and tension headache. We cannot adopt this kind of technique for the cardiovascular and dizziness pathologies.

MINDFULNESS COURSE
Mindfulness is a very effective meditational practice to learn to enjoy life to the full and tackle stressful situations effectively. Those who practise Mindfulness develop a mental approach which can reduce suffering, safeguard well-being and prepare the ground for a positive personal transformation. It’s a way of opening up to life, our emotions and our sensations as they strike us in the ‘here and now’. Our mind frequently carries us away from the present with the result that we are not connected to it; when this happens, we operate automatically and mechanically, without being aware of what we are experiencing and thereby losing the opportunity to enjoy to the full everything life offers us. On this course you learn to: listen and hear through all the senses; observe yourself and your life without pre-judging; handle stress and enjoy experiences more; use more the channel of ‘feeling’ and not always only that of ‘acting’.
