The Dolomiti Spa Hotel Fanes is a showcase of taste, with 5-course menus ranging from international recipes to local dishes. Each meal in your gourmet holiday is preceded by a varied buffet of salads and fresh vegetables, and concludes with a buffet of cheeses and desserts.
Our themed evenings and gala dinners are a tribute to the art of living, and provide the perfect opportunity for tasting some of the fine wines of South Tyrol, selected from our cellar.
