Each bottle has been chosen to complement the flavours of our cuisine, taking you on a sensory journey through the region as well as throughout Italy, and respecting the identity of each individual area.
Treasures below the historic farmhouse
Our cellar is fitted out with wood from ancient farms, and is a very special place steeped in history. These centuries-old walls were the origins of Hotel Fanes, and the inside space is divided into various areas, with the bottles arranged by region and type. It is well worth visiting this evocative place, to share our genuine passion for wine and explore some fine and distinguished labels.

Entering the cellar is an experience in itself: a long corridor lit by candles leads you into a very evocative space. It's the perfect setting for a private tasting with friends or family, or for a very special dinner. You'll have a wonderful evening, with the clinking of the glasses and the aromas of great vintages creating a feeling of perfect harmony.
