We'd like you to start your holiday at the Dolomiti Spa Hotel Fanes without any remaining uncertainties. If you know about our general terms and conditions in advance, from check-in times to booking methods, you'll be able to enjoy a tranquil stay, free from any surprises. Please feel free to contact us for any further clarification.
After receiving our written confirmation, you'll be asked to send a deposit to finalise your booking. You can pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or by bank transfer. For the latter method, our IBAN coordinates are:

For paying the balance of your stay at our hotel we accept cash (up to the legal limit of €5,000.00), bank cheques, debit and credit cards.
In accordance with European regulations, cancellation fees vary according to the period of notice: 0% up to 30 days before arrival, 30% between 29 and 15 days, 50% between 14 and 5 days, and 100% after that deadline or in the event of no-show.
Rooms are available for use from 3 p.m. on day of arrival until 11 a.m. on day of departure. Early arrival or late check-out must be agreed with reception and may be subject to a surcharge.
Four-legged friends are welcome with payment of a €30.00 supplement per day.
