Yes, for skiers there's a regular free shuttle service to the Piz Sorega ski lifts. The service is available daily from 8:15 a.m. until the cable car closes, with continuous departures. The departure point from the hotel is right outside the ski depot, while the meeting point for the return trip is at the shuttle car-park at the lower cable car station.
Access to our private helipad is restricted to those guests who plan to arrive by helicopter. The area measures 21 metres in diameter and is solely for the use of rotary wing aircraft.

- They are not allowed in the following areas: the restaurant, wellness areas, Fanes Spa, swimming pools and garden.
- If you leave your dog alone in your room, please hang the requisite "Do Not Disturb" sign outside the door.
